CORONAVIRUS UPDATE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
During the current epidemic Joseph House Pantry will remain in full operation with adjustments and tweaks to how we operate. Our times have remained the same.
DRIVE THRU ONLY
We will only be providing prepackaged boxes and allow drive thru only for the foreseeable future during this current crisis. We hope to keep not only our volunteers safe but our clients safe as well by allowing as little interaction as possible. We have set in place measures and precautions based on the CDC recommendations.
Joseph House Community Outreach Center is a 501c3 (84-4397253) nonprofit organization established since June 13, 2002. Where we are devoted to making a difference in our community. We provide the highest quality programs that benefit all residents in our city and surrounding areas:
Pantry –we serve on a consistent basis approximately 4500-7000 people per month those who need additional help of daily food necessities. i.e. meats, dairy products, fruits and vegetables.
Pantry is open every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Emergency Pantry (By Appointment Only) is open Monday through Thursday from 10:00am to 3:00pm .
*Elderly/Disabled Assistance Program-we plan on providing floor covering, plumbing parts, Accessories, paints, lawn and minor home repairs. We plan to put this program into effect.
*Our goal in this season of storms is to try and assist with their needs caused by this historical flood. i.e. damaged appliances to the elderly and disabled, that won’t qualify for federal assistance.

During the current Covid 19 Epidemic
We have followed the current procedures by the CDC in order to ensure the safety of all staff and clients.
We have set the a protocol in place since the begging of the disaster.
We require all staff and volunteers to wear masks at all times within the facility and area.
We encourage all clients to wear masks when coming to pickup their food.
We have entirely rid the process of any contact between Staff/ Volunteers with Clients.
